The Lagos Mainland Local Government recently organized a comprehensive training program for its revenue and clerical officers, held over two days last week. The training aimed to equip the officers with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance their job performance and service delivery to the community.Day 1 of the training was dedicated to the Revenue Officers, who had the opportunity to participate in various interactive sessions led by experienced facilitators Mr Adeniyi Adeleke and Mr Adebayo Akeem The officers engaged in discussions on best practices for revenue collection and management, as well as practical exercises to improve their efficiency in handling financial matters.On Day 2, the focus shifted to the Clerical Officers, who were privileged to learn from the expertise of facilitator Mr Bakare Ayilola, who shared valuable insights and strategies on clerical duties and administrative processes, empowering the officers to excel in their roles within the local government.The training program was met with great enthusiasm and participation from all attendees, who expressed gratitude for the opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge in their respective roles. The training event was graced by the presence of Mr. Wasiu Akintola, the Council Manager, ably represented by the Head Admin/HR Mrs Bankole-Bawa. visited the training sessions and addressed the trainees, imparting valuable insights and guidance.The Lagos Mainland Local Government is committed to investing in the continuous professional development of its staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to the residents of the local government.
